Indian Bowler’s World Cup Record: During the ODI World Cup 2023, the Indian bowlers stole a very special record from Australia. In fact, Indian bowlers hold the record for most World Cup wickets in a single tournament. Previously, this record was held by Australian bowlers who took 97 wickets in the 2007 World Cup. However, Indian bowlers have now surpassed this mark. This feat was accomplished by Indian bowlers in the final against Australia.

The final World Cup 2023 match between India and Australia is currently underway at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Apart from that, all of the batsmen were utter failures. Shubman Gill, Shreyas Iyer, Jadeja, Shami, and Bumrah were among the team’s six batsmen who were dismissed for single digit scores.
