Modi took over as ‘Tejas’ pilot.

Today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi flew the Tejas fighter jet. The Prime Minister revealed this when uploading a photo on his Twitter account. This encounter has strengthened our belief in the country’s capabilities. According to Prime Minister Modi, we are genuinely self-sufficient.

Tejas is a single-seat jet aircraft. Prime Minister Modi, on the other hand, flew aboard a twin-seater Tejas aircraft. Prime Minister Modi was watching from the sidelines. This two-seater model is used for training.

 

The Indian Air Force has declared intentions to purchase more fighter planes and light combat helicopters (LCH), as well as to upgrade to the Sukhoi-30 class of aircraft. This might lead to a multibillion-dollar deal between the Air Force and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited in the near future. Prime Minister Modi paid a visit to HAL’s Bangalore factory today.
